Terms of service

These terms are between you, the business using Pawsome Booking, and SCH Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17020630, trading as Pawsome Booking. You accept them when you create your account.

The service

Pawsome Booking provides booking-page and diary software for pet-care businesses for £9.99 per month. Your 3-month free trial starts when you publish your booking page; a card is required, you are reminded before the first payment, and you can cancel at any time from your subscription settings without charge during the trial.

Your customers' data

You are the data controller for your customers' data and we process it on your behalf. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers' data and for telling them how you use it.

Payments

Customer payments are made directly to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. Pawsome Booking does not hold your funds and takes no commission. You are responsible for refunds, disputes and your own cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Referrals

If a business signs up with your referral link and makes its first subscription payment, you each get one month's subscription credit (£9.99), taken off your next bill. Credits have no cash value. You can earn up to 12 a year. You can't refer yourself or a business you run; we may withhold credits that look like abuse. We may change or end the scheme with notice, but credits already earned stay on your account.

Liability

We work hard to keep Pawsome Booking available and accurate, but can't promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. Please check your diary and keep your own records of appointments. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and cancelling

We may change these terms or our prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel at any time; your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
