Booking software that remembers every dog
Pawsome Booking is booking software for UK dog groomers that remembers every dog: one-minute online booking with deposits, a grooming record for each dog, and automatic invitations to book the next groom. £9.99 a month, no commission. Customers book and pay a deposit on their phone in under a minute, without creating an account. After each appointment the groomer keeps a grooming record (what was done, blades and lengths, coat and behaviour, before and after photos) that shows up at the dog's next visit, and can send the owner a groom report. When a dog is nearly due again, the owner is emailed a link to book with their details already filled in. Mobile groomers also get a service area, booking times that allow for the drive between customers, travel charges by distance, directions to every appointment and a daily route. Deposits go straight to the business's own Stripe account.
A grooming record for every dog
After each appointment, note what was done, blades and lengths, products, coat, skin and behaviour, and add before and after photos. It builds a history for each dog, and the last record appears at their next appointment, so every groom starts from what worked last time.
Made for mobile groomers
Set your base and how far you travel. Customers' postcodes are checked before they book, they're only offered times that allow for the drive between your appointments, and travel charges by distance are shown upfront. Every appointment has a Directions button, and Today's route shows your day in order with drive times.
Automatic rebooking invitations
Set how often each service should be repeated. When a dog is nearly due and has nothing booked, the owner gets an email with a one-tap link to book, details already filled in. A 'Due for a groom' list shows who's due, with WhatsApp links for a personal nudge.

Customers choose a service and a time, tell you about their pet and pay a deposit, all on their phone in under a minute. No account, no app. Share one link on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google.
Deposits that help cut no-shows
Set a fixed deposit, a percentage or full payment on each service. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account; a booking is only confirmed once it's paid. Refund in a couple of taps.
A diary that knows when you're free
Weekly hours, lunch breaks, one-off blocks and holidays. Each service has a gap after it for cleaning up or driving to the next customer, so you're never double-booked.
Confirmations and reminders
Customers get an email confirmation when they book and a reminder the day before, with a link to cancel within your notice period. You get an alert for every new booking.
Customer and pet records, and groom reports
Owner details, emergency contacts, and each pet's breed, size, temperament, medical and grooming notes. Send owners a groom report with the after photo, your message and a link to book again.
Calendar sync
Add your private calendar link to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar and bookings appear on your phone automatically.
Bring your customers with you
Import your clients and their dogs from an Excel or CSV export of your old booking system, such as Tuft or Savvy Pet, or a spreadsheet. Owners with several dogs are matched and nothing is overwritten. Or send us the file and we'll do it for you, free.
Phone bookings too
Add bookings that come in by phone, text or in person to the same diary, with the customer's details filled in for you.
Not available yet
We'd rather be clear: text message (sms) reminders, multiple staff diaries, features for dog walkers, pet sitters and daycare (group walks, multi-day stays, half and full days) aren't available yet. Tell us what you'd use.
